All our first courses are made in the company, we use only local products of first choice to obtain genuine and tasty products.
The king dish of Gallura cuisine is the “suppa cuata” or Gallura soup made with stale bread, meat broth and plenty of cheese.
Strictly handmade one by one our Sardinian gnocchetti or “chiusoni” with selected flour, water and salt, three simple ingredients that create thanks to skilled hands one of the favorite dishes for adults and children.
Excellent our ravioli with ricotta and chards flavored with organic lemon and seasoned with a simple tomato and basil sauce or very delicate with butter and sage.
