The typical “suckling piglet” born and reared on the farm. It is served after a long and careful baking in the oven with only the addition of salt to bring out the most genuine taste and flavor.
We accompany it with potatoes cooked in the oven, also locally produced or from vegetables from our garden.
Instead from local certified farms come the trio of meats that make up the excellent grilled sausage, chop and bacon.
